When you book, we collect your name, mobile number, email, vehicle details, where the car is parked and any access notes you give us. When you pay, your card is handled by Stripe; we never see or store the full card number. Before and after photos of your vehicle are taken on every job.

To schedule and perform your detail, to text you appointment confirmations, on-the-way and completion notices with photos, receipts and reminders, to charge the agreed price, and to keep a record of your vehicle for future visits. Your rating and comments are linked to the detailer who did the work.

By providing your mobile number when booking, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from AFG Automobile Detailing. Message frequency varies by appointment, typically two to four texts per visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Only the services needed to run the business: Calendly (booking), Stripe (payment), Twilio (texting), Airtable and Netlify (records and website), and the AFG detailer assigned to your job, who sees the vehicle, location and access notes for that job only. We do not sell your information.

Text or email us any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to opt out of texts. Deleting your record ends plan visits and saved vehicle details.
